This table was built using floating tenon and mortise construction with a waterproof PVA wood glue. The frame includes ample support to ensure the table remains flat and level during humidity changes for years to come. This contemporary design highlights the natural tones in Blackbutt timber. This particular table was built for a client who requested a dining table that was 2m x 1m. To finish the table, we applied two layers of Osmo hard wax oil in ‘matte’.
